its been so long that I haven't been to a decent LFS so I took the chance of a flight to Holland for a training at work to visit a very good LFS which more than having a huge variety of good quality items fish and corals is very knowledgeable and helps me by answering questions and talking to me about many of the corals they have or how they maintain their tanks for hours each time I go there.
not the best quality pics as all of these were take without my tripod and unfortunately my flash batteries were dying so didn'thave enough flash power to work with.

so here goes sorry long series of pics.

could have bought all those SPS corals in the frag tank however as I need to fly back with whatever I bought ended up getting these only

got only one of the clams, the one closest to the GSP on the second pic. Weirdly it looks very blue with pic taken from teh top but looks a bit violet when viewed through the glass as shows in below pic. sae thing happens in my tank? any reason why?

I,ve been watching this yellow eyed kole tang in their tank for 2-3 years now and wish so much mine had yellow eyes. and such nice coloration.

I wish we had 1/2 decent LFS in our region...
I get to go there 1-2 time every year when in holland for training as it's very close to our training center.

WOW that LFS is absolutly stunning.....i have never seen one like that......now thats the kinda place i wanna buy my fish corals and inverts froM!! ! !

Actually what impressed me the most, even more than the quality and size of the LFS its tanks and the fish and corals was the willingness of the owner to walk down all their tanks with me explaining loads of stuff, opening the cabinets to see the filtering, the calcium reactors (which I had tons of questions about)...
All their stuff was quarantined before selling it and he would tell me if one coral I chose was a very new arrival and would advise against getting it. also each coral I was interested in he would pick up check for bigs or for bleaching from all sides up and down.... when I was hesitating between the last 2 corals he picked them up and they both retracted their polyps then after 1-2 min he told me to pick up this one because it showed it's polyps faster.... it was a great experience and I can't wait to be there once again this time with a bigger bag to get more stuff.
