By the way .....I am using a Cannon rebel xti w/standard lens 18-55mm and on auto w/no flash setting. Still learning to use the camera.

The hatchlings end up as fish food.....They can't survive without specialized food the first few days of life , not to mention to much flow in my reef set up and other fish (damsel,wrasse,tang). However my teenage daughter wants to give it a try with raising some babies during the upcoming summer months.
 
Well its day # 8 and they should hatch tonight, here's what they look like today. The orange color is only for the first couple of days and they darken quite a bit but on hatch night they turn silver amd more transparent
