Pics of my 37gal, how do I get rid of the last of my alge

I picked a ton of algea off the rocks a couple days ago. I have a bit left. I did the light depravation and that didn't kill what's left. I have been using tap water, but I'm getting my RO+DI system in the mail today. I'm thinking about doing a 50% water change tomorrow. I'm also going to add the free clening crew package from aquaticisland in 2 weeks when I get back from vacation. Right now I have some crew in there including 2 turbo snales. My tank is cycled.

If this is a new tank, the algae bloom is normal.

Get the RODI hooked up ASAP and do your large water change. Continue with 20% changes weekly.

Get a cleaner crew in there. Hermits and snails should eat much of the remaining algae.

If you have no corals, I would continue to run without the lights - no reason to feed the algae anymore than is necessary. If it is large enough to pick off continue with that.

You should be fine in a few weeks.

And welcome to Reef Central and the CMAS community!
