wow 3 months for 2 heads....

The last picture was December 07, yes it took 3 months to get two more heads but I have not seen any more coming out, in the first 3 months I fed it every other day or so, and I have not been doing that, just once in a while but the polyp is huge, I guess I need to start feeding it again, it's just a pain, it usually grabs some food when I feed the fish.

not sure, all I know is that I waited several months for my LFS to release them, perhaps can someone ID it?
