$2200 would be a bit steep for me. I didn't pay $2200. I would have a hard time dropping more than 2g's on a fish......

I did however purchase the eel and trigger from the same store so I was able to work out a bit of a deal.

the guy I get fish from here on long island just saw one for 2200. He showed me a camera/phone shot of it and it was very similar .I will give you 2200 if your interested

Thanks guys, no interest in selling at the moment. This is a fish I would have a hard time replacing. I'll try to post some video tomorrow.

Absolutely beautiful specimens, please keep us posted on their acclimation/health in your aquarium. The trigger is just amazing! I'd call your purchase a "power buy" for sure!

The eels beautiful, my LFS gets them in sometimes, they go quickly around here, Ive seen several leave to go to new homes from my LFS.
