Picture taking question

I changed to LED lights and they have more blue in them. For the life of me I can not find the right adjustment to make the pictures look good. I had no issue with the other MH bulbs.

What do you recommend for the setting to be when you have alot of blue light in the picture?

It is a Nikon d40x with standard lens.

Those choices control exposure, not white balance. I'm a strong advocate of using manual exposure but you can make good images with all three.

Thanks, Raw mode gives me a .nef file that I can not edit, Gimp 2 and the older photoshop I have neither read this type of file.
I will look around for something that would work.

The software that came with your camera should work. Also you can download Adobe's DNG convertor tool. You should be able to edit DNG.

Thanks,
I am downloading the converter. I do not think the camera had any software with it or maybe I just misplaced it.
