Here he is! Fantastic, beautiful little guy! Trained him to eat prepared food at work before taking him home. Now he eats pretty much anything... Pods, Brine, Mysis and possibly even pellets! I have yet to physically see him... but I just have a feeling he is mowing down on the ones making it to the bottom! Before I feed pellets he will have a normal size tummy, then shortly after I feed everyone, he goes looking around and then I see him shortly after come out from behind the rocks with a huge round tummy! He's a pig. Love him!! So excited he is doing so well in my 33gal!

Those white spots is just sand stuck to him

He is a cute little guy. I actually like the spotted mandarins better than the greens. Unfortunately every one I see in the store always has a sunken in little belly so I always pass on them... Yours however looks super fat!!! Keep up the good work

Thanks Yea, when we got in the mandarins in I hopped right to trying to train as many as I could to eat, and was able to get 3 to eat prepared foods, but chose this guy cause he was eating the best.

I myself have a spotted mandarin in our 150G tank and he's happy as can be.. Thinking of getting him a girlfriend just need to make sure he is a he... or a she....

Nice looking Mandarin! Even though we don't see him often, he's one of my favorite fish.. kinda like a ninja.
