PII Wavebox programming

I feel pretty stupid - I am usually pretty competent with computers and such but I am not figuring this out so I am hoping somebody can give me a blow by blow on how to program my PII to drive my Tunze wavebox.

Right down to go to this menu, this option, all the way through each button selection for EVERYTHING that I need to do.

I understand that getting the wave itself will be trial and error and that is fine, but any help at all will be most appreciated.
