pineapple sponge on digi

i have a pineapple sponge that decided to grow on the side of one of my digi's, how can i remove it without damage to the coral? i want it gone NOW before it spreads!!

probably take a tweezer to it?

The come off really easily IME. You may even be able to give it a quick burst of water with a turkey baster.
