pink and red feather duster

I just got a large pink and red feather duster in the mail. It was shipped at 5pm and arrived at 9pm and was picked up at the airport. It was in a bag with another feather duster with very little water. The plumes have not extended since it arrived last night and it was drip acclimated and put in my tank at 2 this afternoon. Does it need more time to adjust or is it dead?

In case anyone is wondering, I am going to answer my own question. The feather duster was open and doing great this morning! They are usually shipped with only a small amount of water.
