Pink Margin/Orange Back Fairy Wrasse ??

I'm considering keeping a couple of one or the other. Maybe both? The tank is a standard 120 with 3 Azure Damsels 2 Royal Gramma's and the final fish after the Wrasse would be a flame angel. Would the be any compatibility issues i'm mainly concerned with the two wrasse types.

Ideally I think I'd like to just do a trio of the Orange Backs but I'm ordering from LA and there's only one option for size/sex. What are the chances it'll work out if I go this route?

The size option of wrasses would mean that the small juvis are all female, eventually 1 should turn male, BUT, they all may eventually turn male and kill each other off.

Personally I've never had any luck with orangebacks and will not try them again. In my last tank (450g) I had 40 wrasses out of 80 fish... My new 500g DT will eventually have ~20 wrasses out of ~50 fish, including all the other fish that you mentioned.

Never had them last much more than a month, which was not a problem with most other wrasses...many wrasses lasted for years with the main problem being with 'super males' being eliminated by younger dominate males.
I usually try to buy juvi wrasses (they are cheaper) and let them decide who's the boss! In my 500g tank I plan on having less 'red/orange' colored wrasses than before. I do have a pink margin F in my 200g DT, which will look even better as a male. You could also add a flasher wrasse to your tank with a fairy wrasse.
