Pink Margin Wrasse

that's an awfully nice fish, and I am usually more partial to the FOWLR type wrasses.

they are not bad at all..though the females can be a litte nasty but alot of female fairys are..i like the red margins more than lineatus but that is just me..i have kept a submale and a female..but i am looking to get a nice supermale of one of these

I don't believe fairies are shrimp killers, or at least mine has not been so far. However, my shrimpy is a harlequin that has taken swings at the wrasse before so...

Anyway, that wrasse is beautiful I definitly like it better than the lineatus, but maybe not the rhomboid. For the price though, no contest.

Agree. When i get home i will see if i saved that Terminal Male they had a LA 2 weeks ago in my opinion i liked it better than a Lineatus

I have had my large fairy wrasses eat small shrimp. If your shrimp are small enough to fit in the mouth they will eat them. I currenlty have a large Lineatus, pair of large Roseafascia, three Rhomboid, Mystery and a Flame wrasse with four shrimp with out problems. My shrimp are fire reds and skunk cleaner. At one time I added a small skunk and it never touched a rock and it was gone. Good luck with it.

is he going to go after my shrimps and other inverts like coris wrasses do? anyone sees any issues?

fairy wrasses are not shrimp killers nor will they go after your inverts..if the shrimp are already in the tank i would not be worried at all...though i did see my lineatus take out my fire shrimp but i think it was on its way out anyways

pink margins are the best priced fairy wrasses, imo. bang for the buck wise, i like a really nice supermale better than the lineatus, flame or even the rhomboid. there, i said it. :D

I didn't quarantine mine because it came from Diver's Den and they quarantine it for 2 weeks. well, I paid the price. My new wrasse has a pop eye that I am trying to cure now. I don't have a quarantine tank but will be looking for a small show tank which will serve as a quarantine.
