I have a pink skunk in my 12 gal nano cube but i was wondering what other fish can i put in my tank that are indo pacfic? im trying to keep fish that belong in the same region to relief stress in tank. any ideas?

None.

IMO/E, a 12 gallon is too small for a pair of pink skunks, let alone any other fish. I had my pair in a 58, and ended up having to sell them. Once they started spawning they became super aggressive and they indirectly killed my golden dwarf angel.

I had multiple dwarf angels in that tank, when I added a 3rd dwarf I had more issues from the pink skunks than I did from the existing dwarf angels.

But i feel that one fish in a tank is horrible i want to add something small so that way its not lonely but not another pink skunk. My tank is a coral tank with 1 fish it feels empty.

You're anthropomorphizing a bit. Your clownfish isn't going to feel "lonely" for company, except that he might appreciate the company of a mate of his own species (which, as Todd pointed out, the tank is too small for anyway). Other fish will just be invaders in his territory, and treated accordingly.

If you want more than two fish in such a small tank, you might want to find a new home for your pink skunk and get a pair of captive-raised perculas (the smallest clownfish species). Even then, in a tank that small you will have to monitor your water quality closely. Stocking densities for saltwater tanks are much lower than for freshwater tanks.
