Pipe Organ care?

I've had these for about 3 months, but I hardly see any growth. Do you spot feed your pipe organ corals? Should I move it higher to receive more light? Any suggestions?

I don't target feed ours, but it is very much at the top of the tank. We've had ours for 2 + months and there is definitely noticable growth.

I never spot fed my pipe organ while I had it.

I noticed that they liked strong but indirect flow.
