Pipefish and carpet Anemones ??

Looking to add some pipefish to my reeftank. Pod population is very healthy and willing to feed if necessary. My only concern is my carpet. Fish, shrimp, snails, crabs etc all know to stay away from it. The question is will the pipefish know? Anemones are all over in the wild reefs, lagoons, grass flats, tidal pools etc....

Never mind the question. I have a Salarias fasciatus witch will not do well with the pipefish.
