pipefish tank

Hi, i'm planning a tank for pipefish, and i'm considering either the red sea max 34 gallon or nanocube 24 gallon. i'd prefer the nanocube because its 500 dollars cheaper, but i'm concerned about the filtration(no protein skimmer). would the filtration on the nanocube be suitable for a pair of dragonface pipes, a yellowhead jawfish, and a tailspot blenny, or should I buy the red sea max?

Hi, i'm planning a tank for pipefish,

Pipefish have some specific requirements. It's best to set up a tank specifically for the pipefish - and if you want tankmates add tankmates that are also have the same requirements.

I personally don't care for any of the 'all-in-one' tanks as they tend to run rather hot.
