Pistol shrimp and goby pairing X2

Hi,

I have had a yellow watchman goby and yellow lined pistol shrimp pair for a couple years now in my 30g cube and am now upgrading to a 100gallon reef.

I was wondering if it is possible to buy another pair and pair it up with my existing ones. if this is possible how do you do it?

side note: will they bury some of my corals??

One goby will steal both shrimp.

side note: will they bury some of my corals?? pistol shrimp never stop excavating. The sand will go somewhere, usually not where you want it to go. :rollface:

Ok so it would be one goby two shrimp, also if i put them on one side of the tank would the other side be safe. (1.5m tank length)

I had an idea. I will have a mid level sand bed of around 2 inch and place thin sheet of plastic just under the surface so it cannot tunnel up at certain places. do you think this will work?
