Pistol shrimp and hermit crabs

I'm thinking about adding a goby and pistol shrimp to my tank a nd wondered if hermit crabs or emerald crabs might bother them. TIA John.

Yep, probably but not the way you may think. Hermits do not pose much of a threat to either, however whenever a hermit begins to intrude on the pair expect a lot of snapping. If itââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s a quiet room it may get on your nerves.
