Pistol shrimp with peppermint shrimp?

I have a 14 gallon bio cube with 4 snails and 2 hermits, and a peppermint shrimp. Would I be able to add a pistol shrimp/goby combo? Or is the tank too small or would the pistol kill the peppermint? There's 18 lbs live rock in it. Thanks

It'll be fine. A pistol shrimp's snap is ment to scare off threats, they are not carnivours nor are they capable of actually shooting something.

My 3" tiger pistol gets along perfectly fine with my camel, pep, cleaner, fire, sexy, and harlequin shrimp.

Pistol shrimps are harmless. Mine actually pushes snails a safe distance away from his cave rather than pinch them.

The pistol may lunge at the peppermint if it gets annoying, but it's safe.
Those BBC videos are faked, probably with a dead shrimp. Pistols will most definitely eat dead shrimp, but they won't kill shrimp.
