Pistol Shrimp

Does anybody know anything about pistol shrimp breedig? Has anyone ever known anyone to do it or have any Ideas on how to do??????????? Just Curious

Ha Ha yeah they must!! but has anybody ever had success in there tank with maiting pistol shrimp

for a while i had 3 pistols and 3 peppermint shrimp in my tank and liek once a month a bundle of eggs would collect in corners of the tank, but i dont belive they ever hatched. i had a moonlight on the tank at night, and i heard somewhere that moonlights help in teh spawning and mating associated with shrimp.

I would bet that those eggs were from the pistol shrimp, but my only reason for thinking that is that I have seen myt peppermint shrimp carry around her eggs and shake them out when the babies were ready to hatch.
