I've had a reef tank for about 4 years now. It's a 12 gallon nano cube, and it's been great fun. But it's time, it has just become unbalanced, and I can't keep up with it, a number of set backs have caused me to want to restart the tank, but I really would feel guilty about just killing off all my livestock.
So, disclaimers, due to a poor acquisition, my tank has aptasia, as well as a ton of cyanobacteria (one of the reasons I want to restart). If any enthusiasts in the Pittsburgh area are interested, I'd like to have some folks with quarantine tanks be able to come by and take the following livestock off my hands
LPS
1.) green tip frogspawn - approx 25 polyp heads
2.) purple tip frogspawn - approx 13 polyp heads
3.) green tip hammer coral - 4 polyp heads
Rocks
1.) one rock covered in yellow polyps and star polyps
2.) one rock with 3-4 fuzzy green mushrooms
3.) one rock with 2-3 red mushrooms
4.) one rock with 2 tiny green mushrooms
5.) one rock with a small finger leather and some orange zoanthids
6.) assorted other small frags that may have a mushroom or zoanthid on them.
Once again, I live in the Pittsburgh area (Highland Park) and if you're interested, I'd like to coordinate with you to take my livestock off my hands, I've worked so hard growing it, that it's just not right to kill it. That being said, you do have the aforementioned problems to deal with.
