Placement for Chalice

Hey guys I got a few Chalice frags on is on a large frad disk, the other isn't. Can I keep them in the sand? Or do they need to be placed on rock? Heres some pics of them

If they are on a disk or rubble rock you'll be ok on the sand. You just don't want sand getting on the tissue.

Thanks, if I only can keep the dang goby from spitting sand all over them. He likes to mark his territory.

Better put them on the rock work. Sand is deadly for LPS corals
