Placement, Identification, and Flow Question...

I picked this up a few weeks ago now and I think it is going to stay live long enough to ask what it is and what type of flow does it need. I also need some ideas on placement. I have a standard 180 and previously had SPS. I am currently running 3 x 400w 10k MH until I get more corals back in the tank. I am trying out a few LPS and will be working my way back to the SPS after a tank crash a while back. At night the tentacles from the green areas are extremely long for its size. It has faded out a little since I got it but the color is coming back around. This picture is from about a month ago.
