I have a 150 6x18x28. Where would be the correct location for the moonlight, to have proper light distribution. Would the moonlight be best positioned in the front or back of the tank? Also, does the light need to be in the center for the whole tank to get the full effect or if on left side, will the light reach 6' across the tank? Thanks

It will cover the tank, you need to place it on the side at a very slight downward angle directed across the aquarium.

hi roger,

I was surprise when I got mine, and it was white, all I see people with the blue leds, are the other guys, some companies still in the dark ages?

but seeing the tank with this one it looks more natural, just perfect :D

thx,

sam

Sam, you can thank Claude for that one. I just said it would be cool to have a moonlight to coincide with the tide modes. Claude (Tunze France) did all the research on the moon phases and relative intensity to the sun. I am really happy we stuck with it, it almost got canceled because it added too much expense to the production and we really wanted a price point below $200.
