Places to find used equipment.

Im looking for a computer, a Oceanic Pro Plus 2 (or comparable) to be exact. Anyone have any recommendation on where to find some used stuff.

Check with dive shops, quite often they will sell off their rental gear from the previous year at good prices.

Scuba board, dive matrix, the deco stop. Scuba board would probably be you best chance, TheDecoStop is mostly tech divers and a good percentage of the guys over on Dive Matrix are DIR.

Thanks ! How do dive computer drop in value with use? I found a computer that is 400$, retails for 780$. good deal? and its the one i was looking for oceanic pro plus 2

As I diver when I decide to sell off a used computer, reg, or whatever. I look at what I am wanting to purchase to replace it. Plus you have to consider what someone can get a new one for. So what you will find is that the value hasn't really changed it is the perception. Why would you buy a computer with 300 dives for the same price of a new one? It works, but it is after all USED. The biggest thing is you want to make sure any electronic you buy has not been flooded.
