Plakton food for goniopora.

What is the best plakton food for goniopora, and what size ?

Reef roids is made specially for gonis. But most foods that are small micron size are accepted. Oyster eggs. They like cyclops and so on...

I've heard that Reef Chili from Bulk Reef Supply is supposed to be good, they claim that it has food particles in a full range of micron size so you can feed it to everything. I've been feeding it to my red Goni for a couple weeks now, and it seems to be accepting it and responding well. Would be interested in hearing about some long term results though...
