Plankton cultivation

My small fuge is made up of a DSB, LR and chaeto. I’d like it to produce plankton if it can. Do I need to seed this or will it develop naturally?

You can buy bottles of live plankton online but your tank will not sustain the colony. It is used strictly for feeding. To grow plankton you need to cultivate it in seperate containers. If you are interested there are several threads about it in here. Do a search to get the specifics.
