Would Marine Snow and Two Little Fishies' ZooPlan and PhytoPlan be sufficient to sustain a flame scallop?

How about Kent Marine ChromaPlex ?

you are going to want to use a live phytoplankton. all the products you mentioned are dead.

marine snow i= 99% water 1% detritus, IMO useless

zooplan= dead zooplankton, most of the particles will be too big for the scallop

phytoplan= dead phytoplankton, particle size is right but its already dead and not nearly as nutritious as live phyto

chromaplex= dead phytoplankton with+fatty acids

i would look for this product http://www.reefnutrition.com/phytofeast/indexpfl.htm

lol that is very interesting, i knew the marine snow was crap but not the other stuff. how about kent's zoomax? (expert series)

big dead zooplankton:D

they say(Kent) the average size is 800microns, 4x's larger then tridacnids have been reported to capture, and >16x larger there ideal range

but it was so expensive :(
oh well, it was one of my earlier purchases in the hobby. its probably expired now...
