I'm glad I stumbled in here after spending time on another (very friendly) board but there seem to be a lot more big tanks here. Clearly, you folks have a ton of experience assembling amazing systems.
I've got a bare shell that I'm finishing into living space and at this point have a lot of flexibility re. plumbing, electrical, and ventilation build out. I've also got an unfinished/dirt floor crawl space nearby. The one thing I don't have room for is an equipment room so gear will have to be located under the stand or possibly in the crawl space.
As for the tank plan: either a 72x36 300g or if I really get carried away a 96x36 380g with a 90g or larger sump/refugium under the tank.
