Planning Jay's Room devider tank

Hello everyone:

Im soon to become a member of the big tank club. I need to plan a room devider tank and need info on types of plumbing needed?
Like how does the overflow system work and can I plumb a closed loop through the bottom somehow? How do you provide current in a tank like this? Does anyone have any threads going with information like this? I am thinking about a 200 or 250 perhaps even 300.
