I have these rock sitting in a little 20 gallon dedicated to new live rock.

This plant has grown from a small stalk on the base of one of the rocks, any idea what it may be? Thanks!

Hi mark. Just looking at your picture and noticed the green feathery algae front and centre . Just make sure that it's not byropsis. Added some to my tank ages ago ( before I knew what it was ) and I've been battling with it for over a year now.

Local LFS, planned to keep it in the dark but had too many neat things on it. Unfortunately it's infested with caulerpa so eventually I will have to do something.

Thanks Blue Spot, right now this is in an unmaintained tank that I do small water changes on. I haven't decided how to proceed yet.
