Plate Coral & flow

I brought home a new ling tentacle plate coral and put him down on the sand, but concerned he might begetting to much flow? Is that possbile, as my powers heads don't blow directly on the coral but the movement in my tank is pretty good.

I got a a nice small plate coral 5 motnhs ago. I placed him on the sand just like you. They seem to like gentle but alternating currents. If you let the flow from a powerhead bombard it, it will cose up. A good indicatior is to see its tentacles sway back and forth gently.
