Please advice on what Turbelle stream I need

I have an 8' 310 gal tank, standard acro dominant mixed reef. I'm currently using 2 wave boxes and a couple of the older style Tunze 6060 pumps (still going strong) in Tunze rocks at the bottom pointing up at an angle. I'm also using a few Koralia pumps. I want to get more flow in the tank but I'm not convinced I need controllable pumps since I'm using the wave boxes.
Money is definitely an issue so I would like to get opinions on where it will be best spent.
Here are my choices:
2 6125 total of 6340 gal/hr
1 6125 and 1 6105 total of 6604 gal/hr
2 6105 total of 6868 gal/hr
1 6205 total of 5811 gal/hr
So...the decisions I'm trying to make are...are two smaller non controllables better than 1 large controllable and are controllables even that necessary with wave boxes?

The controllables are nice but I agree that with the wavebox they aren't absolutely necessary. Your tank is also large so the need to turn then down is largely non existant. In general I would prefer 2 pumps just incase one were to fail or need service. I think 2 6125 given the budget concerns is likely the best option.
