Please advise before I lose my mind
I plan on replacing a 16 gallon nuvo that sits on my counter, If you are standing in the kitchen you see nothing but filtration, so I am going to replace w a AIO peninsula tank w filtration on end instead of back so it can be seen on all sides.
However I cant get past deciding on a few things so I would greatly appreciate any advice.
1) due to its location it has to be custom 30x14x? i was thinking 17 tall but what is a good height?
2) I was going to have Felix w Reef Savy do the tank and get the baffles done here locally. Today a member recommended CAD aquariums, I checked the site out and they do have some incredible looking tanks but I have never heard of them. they can do a custom starphire w 3 built in chambers as well. I was hoping if someone knew a bit about either they could advise who to go with.
3) lastly, lighting, I was going to go w a 30 inch deep blue Solarxtreme or 24 inch 4x24 ati but now leaning towards led, I want to be able to grow sps at a good rate, so which T5 which fixture do you recommend over all on the market and I know zero about LEDS so which led fixture would you suggest that would offer enough coverage and light? Basically whats the best light I can put on there?
I know I am asking a lot here but I just want to get the show on the road, I have researched and researched and still cant make a decision to save my life. Thank you guys for taking the time to read.
