Please Help , 9015 doesn't work

I bought Tunze 9015 from Singapore
and when i install it to my sump the bubble always in the neck (not going up to the collection cup)

I do every thing that u told in the old Thread and it's dosen't work also ....
I adjust my 9015 same as this Link

How long have you had it? How old is the tank? Is water exiting the pipe?

I run it in my tank for a day
I seem in some review run it only 1-2 hour is better than me

In this tank has many bio load
I test it with deltec APF600 That can skim many waste

How is it running now? Any improvement, it does normally take a week to brake in and start skimming. Do you have any pictures?

For what it's worth, my 9015 took about 5 days to break in and start active skimming. Then it just took off after that.
