please help, angel has a lump on his lip

hey guys, my scribbled angel is currently in a q tank, and his lip has gotten bad lately, anyone know what it could be or had a similar experience? water parameters should all be pretty spot on except for the salinity which is about 1.015 at the moment. as im putting the tank into hypsosalinty after a small ich attack. any help would be great. thanks

can you post a better picture? i can't seem to see what you're saying.
Also try and really find out what exaclty are your parameters, just so we know.
