please help asap

Hi there I have a puffer fish he was doing great untill today I noticed on his head his skin was peeling off and his one eye was totally clowded over with white je cant see much of anything and was hanging out at water level in the tank hes not eating.im not sure what to do to help him I checked my water its fine I did a water change.do you have any idea whats wrong with him .in my tank I have a lion fish an ell and the puffer they dont bug each other .but im thinking maybe the puffer got to close the the lion fish or possibly got stung by my carpet anemone I just got rid of before he got sick? If you can helpbplease ill send pictures

I would move him into a qt tank immediately.

possibly could be Marine Flukes (parasite). Due to the cloudy eye and the open sores. Not a 100% thou.

Just to clarify; is that white "icing looking" stuff I'm seeing all over him? :uhoh3:

If so, I'd say there's a good possibility he had an encounter with your carpet anemone. Only thing you can really do is hope he heals. I would isolate him away from all the other fish (and that anemone) if possible.
