Can anyone tell me what these are....The white stuff on my polyps and the things in my live rock

Looks like sponges to me. Good stuff.

I had spong grow all in a colony of zoas once. No harm done

Great. I was worried it was bristle worms or something else harmful.

Bristle worms stay pretty well out of sight. You'll move a rock and find them or they come out when you feed. Also, IMO bristle worms aren't bad. You don't want to play with them but, they're not bad. I'd rather not have the "fire" bristle but they show up most times. Still not bad IMO.
