Please Help Clown in rough shape

so i got this clown by accident (long story) and after a a day it developed clouded eyes, i think this was because the 2 clowns already in my system were bullying it. so i moved the clown into qt and started treating it with Rid Ich Plus. the clown seemed to be doing alright and was eating too. well we went away for 2 days and when i came back the little guy looked rough. salinity was good, i didnt check ammonia or nitrites becuase i wanted to get a water change done asap. (after the wc i checked and they were both at zero) its now the day after and he still looks very bad, breathing very rapidly pivioting around his head and some times falling onto his side. one thing to note is the clouded eyes have gotten better but they arent gone. i have a power head pointed directly at the surface for gas exchange.

I'd consider uploading an image, this way you can confirm/obtain more consensus on what's affecting the clown to better assist. Hope all works out.

no it's just the eyes everthing else looks fine unless there is something I can't see.

With the eyes swelling and him having trouble swimming or rolling on his side this could be gas bubbles in his eyes and swim bladder I don't know of a treatment for this condition.
