Please help diagnosing, is it clown fish disease?

Hello and Thanks for the help.

I'm trying to diagnose whether or not my Gold Stripe Maroone has/is getting Brook a.k.a clown fish disease.

Had him for about 4 weeks. He's been in my DT for about a week and a half now. About 5 days ago I noticed he was getting white splotches or on occasion a white dot. Since I recently put him in the DT from a quarantine tank I wasn't in a rush to fish him and put further stress on him so I took to the internet and I'm driving myself crazy trying to determine if he has brook?

I couldn't get a decent picture so I tried doing a video instead:

Thanks for any help/suggestions. It's greatly appreciated!

Best regards,
Frank

P.S- forgot to mention my water readings.

Ammonia-0
Nitrite-0
Nitrate-5ppm or less
PH-8.2

I did a 25% water change last Sunday and I just did another 25% today.

Here's some pics I was able to grab this morning.

Trying to find out if its the beginning stages of Brook or if it's Bacterial or Parasitic.

Thanks again..

I can't tell anything conclusively from your pics/video. Have you noticed a thick white mucus covering the body or it looks like the fish's skin is peeling off?

Here's a few more from just now..

What's odd is that the spots will come and go. For instance, the spots on her head weren't there yesterday. There was a spot on her body yesterday that is gone today. It's like playing whack-a-mole..

I'm at a complete loss as what to do or what course of treatment to even take..

Doesn't look like brook, unfortunately you will know in a few days for sure. My maroon has the same type of issue going on right now in my QT(no dots though). I am treating currently with cupramine so I am taking a wait and see approach. He has lived with the white patches for about a week now so I am guessing it is probably a secondary infection of some type. Take this with a grain of salt though because like I said I am not having the white dot issues, just the white patches.
