Please Help Durso Drain

On this 92 gallon corner i built the durso drains like I always have however on this tank there is still alot of gurggling.Ive tried adjusting the ball valves and if i slow them WAY down the gurggle stops however does this mean the hole in the top needs to be bigger? Please help driving me crazy.

What's are the diameters of your durso, bulkhead, and drain pipe? How many holes on the top cap and what is the diameter of the hole(s)?

The hole could either be too small or too large.

Here is how I solved my durso gurgling problem. You can fine tune the air without having to worry about the size of hole.

Did you make the actually Durso 1 nominal PVC size larger than your drain? That is the correct way to do it for drains 1.5" and smaller.
