I asked about this before but it is now worse. I posted about a worm looking thing on my puffer. Well now it looks like blood is pulsing or pumping through this thing. WHAT COULD IT BE????

Looks like a fluke worm to me and I would treat with UV if haven't already. More info on tank set up is it reef or fish only?

Flukes on a fish are totally unaffected by a UV light in a sterilizer, so that won't help at all. I can't say for certain what that is, but flukes are not that large. Some female copepods produce structures that are that large, but are usually seen as pairs. There are some parasitic leeches, but I've never seen one that large. Too bad the picture isn't clearer.

Dude, a fluke worm!!!?? Have you ever seen fluke? It looks nothing like a worm, nor does UV have any effect on it. In fact UV really doesn't have much of an impact on completely eliminating any free floating parasites from your display. Uv kills a minute percentage of ich, velvet, etc that may be lurking on the fish or in the water column. UV is good for killing free floating algae and some pathogens. It looks like a parisitic worm that may have been attached all along and is growing as it consumes blood from the fish. JHemdel knows his stuff, if he says its a leech of some sort, that it likely is and needs to be removed from the fish.
