Please help, fish getting worse.

I did a 25 gallon water change yesterday and added carbon back to the tank. All of the fish are eating but one of the clowns still has the silver looking discolorations on him and the Regal angel has raised white blotches on his body.

I couldn't get a good look at the raised areas on the Regal, maybe it's the beginning of a secondary ailment, same with the clowns...keep an eye on it and wait (now would be a good time to stock up on erythromycin or kanamycin), often ectoparasites act as portals for secondary infection.

None of the fish look to be near death's door, so cheers.

It was hard to see, but it looked like the spots on the Copperband's tail were gone? What does this fish eat?

Any ammonia/nitrite registering?

Ammonia is about .02 ppm I will test Nitrite tomorrow.
The "marks" on the on the copper banded butterfly's tail are still there but likeI said, I think they have always been there.
As for food, I am feeding them frozen Reef Frenzy, Cobalt flakes, frozen mysis and spirulina brine. I also ordered the KANAMYCIN and OXYTETRACYCLINE medicated food but have not used it.

I did another 25 gallon water change today. The fish all seem to be improving (the "marks" on the butterfly's tail are gone) with the exception of the one clowns. The "silver spots" are a little larger and some of his fins are torne. I will try and give him a fresh water bath tomorrow after work.

Should I consider conducting a second treatment of Prazipro? From what I have read, 2 treatments are normally recommended. One thing I did different was to conduct water changes during the initial days of my first treatment and apply the corresponding dose of the medication back to the system after each change. This probably resulted in elevated/prolonged exposure during the first treatment.

All are improving with the exception of the one clown. He is eating but his fins are torn. I am not currently treating with anything other than hypo. I am feeding them we'll and doing large water changes ever few days.

You and me both. I was sick over the situation during my Christmas break. I just can't wait to get my new 280 gallon set up for them with all of the cool new equipment I got for Christmas. Tank will not be here until April though.

So I thought all was going well and then yesterday I noticed that my yellow tang has small pits in his head above his eyes, some red/brown blotches on his side and a red streak on the top of his side fins. All of the other fish seem fine and the water quality is very good (though still at 1.009 SG). Any suggestions on what if anything I should do?

Should I treat with Prazipro again or try some antibiotic loaded food? He is getting worse.

Not sure if this is related, but when I did hyposalinity to treat ich a year ago, I noticed similar symptoms on my yellow tang. I recall researching the problem, but didn't come up with a definitive answer. The reddish brown coloration lasted several weeks, and the tang didn't seem affected by the condition in the beginning. After a week or so with the discoloration, I recall also noticing a slight swelling in its belly (almost like a small pea was present as a point of reference). Can't tell from your photos if there is any swelling present. I have no idea if the discoloration (or the swelling I observed in my tang) were in any way related to hyposalinity treatment, but the tang's condition worsened after several weeks (including behavioral) and died during the hypo treatment, well after all visible symptoms of ich were gone.

In hindsight, and knowing what I know now, and with the resources to do TTM, I personally would put the yellow tang into a separate tank and gradually raise the salinity to see if the discoloration improves. Maybe its possible some yellow tangs don't tolerate hyposalinity well? Just my two cents.
