please help fragging birds nest.

I have a birds nest that has lost some flesh. either from my clumsiness or from low alk. either way i have come to the conculsion i need to frag it. I have never fragged before. I need to know if i should cut away all the bleached spots or just where the flesh has come off. please give some guidence i am very nervous about cutting this guy up.

Just cut or break off the healthy parts above where the dead part is. Dont worry it is really easy you cant really mess up.
