Please help id this blue fish

I've never seen this fish before. The shop says they are some type of damsel. They are vivid dark blue and very shimmerie. They are very bright and shiney that my phone cant get a clear picture at all. Their bodies are elongate and they have yellow fin underneath. And they seem to be pretty peaceful living together. Any idea?

I've found it by chance. It's Allen's damsel.
