Please help ID this FISH

Hi everyone. I have a fish here that I collected near the Sebastian inlet among some mangroves. The water is cold so things are a little sluggish. He is about 6" long and Panther Grouper shaped. He has great colors predominantly yellow with black strips and spots. I've searched for all kinds of groupers and hamlets. He has a hardy appetite already and looks great. Any ideas???
