Please help identify!

Hello,

Yesterday I purchased a pair of True Perculas. Today I noticed that the smaller one has three tiny specs on it (see below). I worry that this might be ich or some other disease but really hope that it is nothing.

Can you please help me identify this and suggest a plan of attack if it is in fact something bad. Perhaps it will go away on its own?

Anyone? I am very worried because I have four other fish in the tank already....

The spots are my main worry but I noticed that one of his lower fins is also a little jagged. Like something bit it, or perhaps a net harmed it, is this a cause for worry?
