Please help me identify algae

I’ve been working on getting rid of this stuff for a while. I’ve made some progress over the past 3 months but its still growing when the lights are on, mostly in my refugium. I believe it is dinoflagellates; can anyone verify or correct me if it is not dino?

that looks more like cyanobacteria than dino

Is cryo usually that dark or brown in color? I had cryo in the past but it was red and trapped bubbles. This stuff is much darker, does not trap air bubbles and looks kinda stringy or like thin hairs. It also killed several snails at its peak.
