Hello everyone,

I am having trouble with this tiny rose bubble tip anemone it was upside down on the sand bed until I moved it onto the rock and it's insides were showing and I need help on how to save it if possible as it has been in my tank less thank 24 hours. My parameters are all good and my lighting is great as well so why is it like this?

Someone please help me out here as I don't want to lose it

Thank you

what type of lighting do you have?
please post parameters i have kept
btas and are pretty easy to care for
i have even kept them with regular
fluorescent bulbs, also how old is the tank?

I have the kent marine aquarium if that helps
Parameters are all 0 apart from nitrates at 10 ppm and PH at 8.3
Salinity is 1.024-1.025

i had a green bta go into a powerhead & ended
up in the sand bed maybe that happened to yours?
if you can touch it & feels like its deteriorating
i would take it out. i'm no expert either im speaking
from experience i only been in the hobby for about
1 year and a half so maybe you can wait for someone
else to help you more

mine was on the sand bed for a few minutes after i
had placed it on a rock but about an hour later(tentacles
never deflated) it started wandering on my rocks, from what
I read in the past is that if you can see the insides
basically turning inside out its pretty much gone...

By looking at your past posts this is the third anemone you have had trouble with since the 12th of april. I would find out what the issue is before adding any more anemones. As others have said something is missing. I would guess yours is not just acclimating with all the issues with anemones you have had in the past couple of weeks I would say there is something not right in your tank.... Good luck and I hope it pulls through!
