Please help save my Queen

I bought a 7in French and a 7in queen angel about 6 months ago. Put them in a seperate quarrantine tank where they were both quite happy for 2 months. This was a 125 gallon tank with live rock. Just when I was about to add them to the display I added a pair of cross hatch triggers (6 and 8 in) and all hell broke loose. Within a week ick broke out. I transferred them to 2 seperate quarrantine tanks, a 30 gal for the crosshatches and a 55 for the French and queen. Did a hypo treatment for about 5 weeks and they all improved and have been healthy since. Its been about 4 months and they have been growing quite fat in these tanks but recently I did not keep up with me weekly water changes. I noticed the Male cross hatch was not coming and grabbing the food right out of my hands anymore as usual and the queen was not eating as well. Checked the Ph and found it had dropped to about 7.8. Did a 30% water change immediately but found the male crosshatch dead the next day. Another 30 % water change a day later and the queen started eating a little. Yesterday the queen was almost back to eating as normal. Hooray, Right? Did another water change today but it seems the queen has stopped eating again.
There are no external signs of parasites on this fish. Breathing is normal, no scratching against rocks, color is great. Swimming around normally but ignoring the food. The French and the female crosshatch are still pigging out as usual. The tank is kept at 78 with no skimmer(it was supposed to be a temporary quarrantine tank till the final move into the 670gal final destination). Lighting is not exactly reef quality. I did notice that 3 days ago, the queen had very stringy poop. Looked like a worm at first sight until closer examination. What puzzles me is why the other fish are not affected. i would really love to save this fish since it gets along so well with my French(they swim together everywhere)
Thanks for any advise or experiences you can share

Sorry for you loss. Is the stringy poo new? If so then it may be not getting enough nutrition, what do you feed?

Thank you Ozadars
The stringy poo is new. I feed almost everything and a lot of it. So much so that I think I found the source of my problems. I feed live worms, mysis, raw shrimp, flakes, pellets, nori daily, bloodworms, krill, . I think my Nitrate test kit had gone bad and I did not realise it. I went and got new test kits today and MAN!!! the nitrate was about 120mg/L!!!! and this was after three consecutive daily 30% water changes. I shudder to think what it was originally.
She is eating much better today after last nights water change. Fingers crossed!!
People...DO YOUR WATER CHANGES.. even if everything appears great or at least do your tests regularly

Okay I thought it was just the nitrates. I have been doing 30% water changes every day for 5 days. Got the nitrates down to 30mg/L but the queen is still acting the same. Now the stomach is getting drawn in. She still rushes up to the front glass as I approach the tank looking for food as normal but only eats about 5 black worms and thats it. The french has always been the more aggresive eater but the queen always got her fair share. Again there is no scratching on the rocks or other behaviour that might indicate an external parasite. I am also worried that it might be contagious and affect the french as well. Any ideas? I would dearly love to save this fish

Live worms can carry internal parasites and it sounds to me like this. Treat as internal parasite and feed angel formula frozen foods as they contain sponges, algae, etc..

Well I am not sure but there might be some medicines for internal parasites. Also if I were you I would feed with garlic based foods.
